Kelvin Simango specialises in corporate and commercial law, and commercial litigation.  In commercial transactions, his focus is on company law and the formation and structuring of business entities. He has advised several corporates and state-owned companies in respect of treaties and project risk management. He has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial transactions and arrangements.

When it comes to litigation, Kelvin acts for clients in commercial disputes, building and construction law matters, and contractual issues. In construction and engineering disputes, he attends adjudications and arbitrations on behalf of clients.

In addition, Kelvin has extensive interest and knowledge in contractual disputes, corporate disputes (in particular, shareholder disputes and disputes related to breaches of directors’ fiduciary duties), business rescue, business and debt restructuring, and has represented numerous clients in sequestration and liquidation proceedings.

When dealing with clients, Kelvin always aims to provide the best legal service to help them and their businesses grow and succeed. His supportive attitude is reinforced by his personal quest to continuously develop his own skills. Currently, Kelvin is studying towards a Chartered Company Secretary Certificate.
